Planning Policy

Leith Planning clients benefit from access to the significant experience and resources of our sister company Fusion Online Ltd who is the largest provider of planning policy data in the UK.  Fusion Online provides the Leith Planning team with comprehensive, up to date information on the rapidly evolving planning policy framework.  Leith Planning then combines Fusion’s data with its own experience and knowledge to evaluate the merits of submitting detailed representations on the evolving policy documents.

Our methodology which has been developed over the past 20 years, has ensured that our clients never miss an opportunity to promote or protect their site and commercial interests.  As well as supporting the main Leith Planning Group, Fusion Online also provides services to its own well established client base as well as acting as a commercial partner to the government through the Planning Portal: www.planningportal.gov.uk
